Elevate Exteriors was founded by Mitch, who spent 20 years working for one of the world's largest siding manufacturers — traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest training contractors on proper installation techniques, product selection, and moisture management.
He watched thousands of installations. The ones done right that lasted decades. And the ones cut short by shortcuts — skipping house wrap, improper window flashing, using standard products where Pacific Northwest-rated materials were required — that created expensive problems for homeowners years after the original contractor was gone.
Elevate Exteriors was founded to do it the right way, every time. We're not the cheapest option in Greater Seattle and we don't try to be. We're the option that gets the details right.

Workers’ Compensation — covers our crew members. If you hire an uninsured contractor and a worker is injured on your property, the liability can fall on you as the homeowner.
James Hardie® Certified Installer — trained on HZ10 installation for Pacific Northwest high-humidity conditions. Certification is required for warranty validity on Hardie products.
5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty — our workmanship is warranted for five years on every project, separate from any product warranty.
